How do I change my membership level?
To change Club plans, you'll need to cancel your existing membership and create a new one.
Step 1: Cancel your current membership
Log into your account, then go to the account management page. Scroll down to the section called "Status" and click the "cancel membership" link in red on the right.
Step 2: Sign up for All Access
Go to cashmerette.com/club and add your new plan to your cart, then complete the checkout. You'll then have access to all of the benefits that come with your new membership via the Club dashboard.
How do I change my payment method?
Step 1: Get your secure link
Log into your account, then go to the account management page. Scroll down to the section called "Billing Information". Click the blue "Send instructions" button to receive an email with the payment update link.
Step 2: Update your payment info
Head to your email inbox where you'll see an email with a link to securely update your payment information.
How do I change my email address?

How do I choose my size?
It's easy with our Cashmerette Size Calculator!
Simply enter your high bust, full bust, waist, and hip measurements as well as your typical bra cup size and you'll instantly get your recommended starting size, as well as any grading or bust adjustments that you should do.
Cashmerette Club patterns include both of our two size ranges, 0-16 and 12-32. If you're not sure which size range to use, check out this guide.
I'm new to PDF patterns. How do I use them?
Club patterns are digital patterns that you can download instantly and not have to pay for shipping. They include print-at-home files that you can print and tape together, as well as A0 files that you can send to a copyshop to print for you.

How do I cancel my membership?
We hate to see you go, and hope to have you join us again in the future! Here's how to cancel your membership:
Log into your account, then go to the account management page. Scroll down to the section called "Status". Click the red "Cancel membership" link.
You will still have Club access for the remainder of your membership term, but be sure to download all of your patterns before your membership ends. Masterclasses and live event recordings cannot be accessed after your membership ends.
