About the role
We are seeking a highly creative and motivated Online Marketing Assistant to develop online content and communications, engage with our audience and help to grow our brand. This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing.
The ideal candidate has fantastic copy writing skills, and an eye for visuals that grab attention while communicating our brand values and aesthetics. An understanding of how to drive awareness and sales through online marketing channels is also critical, along with an up-to-date knowledge of online and social media platforms and trends.
You should be an enthusiastic home sewist – advanced garment sewing skills are not necessary, but an understanding of sewing skills and patterns is important for success in this role. Existing experience and familiarity with Cashmerette patterns is a big plus.
We are a very small team, so being able to work independently, managing your own workload and taking initiative is key. This also means there’s plenty of opportunities to make your own mark on the brand!
